It is with distinct pleasure that we have this opportunity to share with you our experience with a first-class real estate agent, Debbie Jamison. It is not often that people find buying or selling a house to be an enjoyable experience but with certainty, I can attest that it could not have been any easier.

My husband and I were referred to Debbie and we immediately hit it off. She was knowledgeable about the current real estate market as well as the area that we were interested in moving to. There was never pressure to set up appointments or look at houses. We finished the conversation with her offering to keep an eye out for the property we described and she would call or email us.

After more research and emails, we made an appointment to look at a few houses. Surprisingly, we found a house that day but it was not even on the MLS list. Debbie had taken us to a neighborhood in which a house had just sold, hoping to see if it fit our requirements for future reference. As we drove, we found a house for sale but it was listed out of the area therefore, it did not show up on MLS. Debbie pulled up to the house and took a flyer. Immediately, she called and set up an appointment with the owners. That same day, we made a full offer on the house. With Debbie's expert help, we won over the homeowners, multiple offers and soon were guided through the easiest escrow we have encountered. (This was our third home buying experience, for the record.)

Soon after, we placed our "old" house on the market. Debbie took on the task, even though that house was located in Santa Maria. I cannot tell you how many times she drove from her home over the grade, to Santa Maria for open houses, inspections, or just a signature that was necessary for paperwork. Because of my young children, a full time job and family responsibilities, this type of assistance and outstanding service enabled my day-to-day life to never be interrupted.

I could go on and on. I could tell you about the surprises that she had waiting at my new house on the day escrow closed (unbelievable!). I could tell you about the many times she baked cookies at my open house, not only to make my house more appealing but also so we would have cookies waiting for us when we returned home. I could tell you so many more stories; stories that you would say or speak in the same sentence as the word "friend". And that is what I am here to tell you. Debbie is not just a real estate agent she is a great friend. And I for one, will never buy or sell another house without her by my side.

Dear Potential Homeowners,

If you are looking for the best real estate agent on the Central Coast, look no further than Debbie Jamison.

Last summer, my wife and I were in the market for a home in this area, and through the recommendation of a real estate savvy friend, we were introduced to Debbie Jamison. At that time, we were living in Flagstaff, Arizona, and had little if any knowledge about the real estate market in this area. Furthermore, we were only able to make a few quick trips out to the Central Coast to look at property. Not an ideal arrangement.

Nevertheless, since Debbie was our real estate agent, we were able to see all the properties in our price range in an amazingly short span of time. Even before meeting Ms. Jamison face-to-face, she used our telephone conversations to identify our needs and desires.

The day my wife and I met her personally, she came prepared with a master plan already laid out, which included several contingent plans based on additional discussions. Debbie showed us 12 properties that first day, and I do not know if she was tired afterwards, but we certainly were! Yet we felt quite comforted by the fact that Debbie was willing to spend an entire day with us, and willing to take us to all properties from Morro Bay to Arroyo Grande that fit our desires and price range. Throughout our tour, Debbie conscientiously provided my wife and I inside knowledge on the cities, their histories, and their neighborhoods. By the time the sun began to set, we were provided a very solid assessment of the real estate market in the area.

Now that we have lived here for almost a year, and have a much better understanding of the cities, I can say with confidence that Debbie's assessment was accurate. We love our home in Arroyo Grande...a mere two miles from the Pismo Beach pier! And the house has been a perfect fit for our budget and lifestyle. It was Debbie's knowledge, expertise and passion that led us to our perfect home.

I would be remiss to not add what I believe is icing to the cake. As I mentioned earlier, we were in Arizona while the home was in escrow. Debbie not only made sure the often-precarious process of escrow went smoothly, she also handled a myriad of non-real estate matters that we could not handle from out of town. We are convinced that an ordinary real estate agent would not have gone this far, but Debbie is extraordinary. When my family arrived, everything was in order. I know that Debbie Jamison will provide you with the same excellent service she provided us.
